Required:

• Experience diagnosing and resolving residential plumbing service calls.
• Ability to follow the company’s proven service & sales process.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Professional appearance and approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., iPads) and software.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and confident.
• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and commute to Orange, CA.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Experience in customer interaction and sales.
• Experience with service & sales processes and using tablets or similar tech.

Desired:

• Track record of 6-figure annual plumbing sales.
• Experience with Nex Star Home Services and software like Service Titan.
