Field Service Technician, Full Time

Pay Range: $33.00/HR to $40/HR DOE - $2,000 Sign On Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose & Repair:
  Get hands-on with various forklift models, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Routine Maintenance:
  Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and safely.
• Safety First:
  Adhere to all safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

What You Bring:

• Experience:
  
  Proven 5 years experience as a forklift technician or similar role; familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for troubleshooting and a can-do attitude that tackles challenges head-on.
• Team Spirit:
  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Customer Service:
  Be friendly, courteous and approachable
