Modular Office Installer

We have projects ranging from 1–2 days to several weeks across the country. If you are familiar with electrical, we only handle 120 volts and 220 volts prewire in our manufactured buildings. We will train you on additional tasks. We work with 100+ Fortune 500 type companies to install and service our customers nationwide.

Applicants must have their own reliable/insured vehicle, identification for travel on planes, trains, and automobiles. All positions are full‑time. The role is for a Mid‑Senior level installation technician.

• Assemble modular panelized wall systems with roof, ceiling, lights, and other accessories.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times and resolve customer concerns with exceptional communication skills.
• Explain system functions and operations clearly to customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and properly track field inventory, expenses, and hours.
• Assist in providing customers with the highest level of quality.
• Drive (or fly) and arrive on time to each job site.
• Maintain a professional polished appearance at all times while on jobs.
• Respond quickly to managers and corporate phone calls, emails, and texts.
• Have a high sense of urgency and be self‑motivated to complete jobs quickly and effectively.

Preferred Criteria:

• Perform installation and service of modular offices, walls, and buildings.
• Have working mechanical knowledge.
• Own hand tools such as cordless drills, pliers, wire strippers, and other small hand tools.
• Ability to travel out of town for days at a time; travel, lodging, per diem and other expenses are covered.
• Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused material, and clean up installation debris.

Starting at $22 per hour. This description does not limit duties; the employee may be required to perform other duties under the supervisor’s instruction. This role is not expired.
