• Assist customers throughout their purchase lifecycle, including delivery scheduling, payment management, and addressing questions and concerns.
• Work independently and as part of a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service consistently.
• Communicate effectively, both in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills and multitask within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Support sales and operations team members and advocate for customers.
• Work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
