Overview
Connecticut Pest Elimination is a full‑service pest control company servicing businesses and residences throughout Connecticut. We specialize in rodents, wildlife, and a wide range of insects, offering home protection plans to preserve the value of your home. The Customer Relations Specialist role supports customers with a service mindset, helping to maintain and grow branch satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
- Navigate Windows‑based and web‑based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
- Schedule technicians to minimize drive time, recommend alternative routes, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Listen and use probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate needs.
- Maintain accurate customer database entries, including call details, dispositions, payments, and results.
- Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
- Starting pay rate of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
