Qualifications
Education: MD or DO with ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency (minimum 3 years)
Experience: Preferred: clinical experience in primary care/internal medicine
Licensure: Valid ABIM certification in internal medicine or family medicine, Connecticut medical license, BLS certification, valid DEA and Controlled Substance Certificate
Skills: Knowledge of medical principles, pharmacology, staff management, communication skills, ability to work under stress, cultural competence, professional judgment
Physical Demands: Must possess the physical and mental abilities typical for internal and family medicine practice
