What is Kid Strong? Kid Strong is a private child development training center designed to build stronger kids by using a science-based curriculum that’s parent-focused and led by professional coaches. We work with kids from walking age to 11 years old to help them reach their full potential by developing Brain Development, Physical Growth, and Character Strength.
Since 2016, Kid Strong has been rapidly expanding across the country—and now, we’re bringing our high-energy, impactful training centers to Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey with 30+ new locations.
