Pay: $66.00 an hour + Potential Monthly Bonus

Position Summary

Our company is medically based, so as the NP you will provide exceptional patient care to clients, helping them achieve their desired aesthetic results. Deliver laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide laser hair removal treatments:
  Perform all treatments within established protocols; educate patients on pre/post care; record accurate documentation; handle client information privately and in compliance with HIPAA; maintain a clean work environment and prepare the treatment room between clients; deliver world‑class customer service.
• Drive sales:
  Encourage clients to post reviews; discuss results and suggest additional treatment areas per Milan’s upsell best practices.
• Operational duties:
  Clean and maintain the laser; schedule and confirm appointments; manage client records; field calls; support medical staff; perform opening/closing duties; process financial transactions.
• Other duties:
  Perform additional tasks as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C or FNP‑BC).
• Additional state requirements (e.g., Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, Washington): either FNP‑C/FNP‑BC or Certified Adult‑Gerontology Primary Care NP (AGPCNP‑BC/AGNP‑C).
• Phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for patient care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Demonstrate ability to train new providers within 90 days of hire after completing provider training.
