HR Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary assistant to support our Human Resources team in reviewing and processing legacy personnel files. The role involves evaluating physical HR documents to determine whether they should be archived or securely destroyed, in accordance with company policy and compliance standards.
P&O has quite a number of files in the vault room downstairs that need to be evaluated and either categorized and sent to Iron Mountain or destroyed. Evaluate and categorize files/folders/boxes in the HR Vault to be either archived or destroyed. There are a mix of HR files in the vault with no bandwidth in current team to dedicated time to sort/categorize and archive any HR related files in the vault to allow the Media Team to move their equipment into the vault which can't be done with HR files in place.
SkillsPrior HR experience is a plus. Preferred Associates degree or higher.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess HR files for archival vs. destruction eligibility based on provided guidelines.
- Inventory all documents designated for archiving, including file type, date range, and relevant identifiers.
- Record details of all documents designated for destruction, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and status reports throughout the project.
