Responsible for set‑up, operation and maintenance of packaging machinery to ensure high‑quality production at capacity, while meeting productivity, quality and yield requirements.

• Set up, operate and maintain packaging machinery.
• Maintain line operations with direction from supervisor.
• Perform independent operation of knife or filler.
• Complete all production paperwork with minimal direction and minimal corrections.
• Participate in 5S initiatives.
• Work safely following all rules and regulations.
• Understand and follow SOPs, GMPs, allergens, HACCP, Food Defense, color code, documentation, log books, hand washing, uniform and locker policies.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 0–1 year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Clear command of the English language (verbal and written).

• Lift and carry items weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle items and perceive attributes of objects.
• Engage in moderate physical activity performing non‑strenuous daily activities.
• Identify and distinguish colors and judge spatial relationships with clear vision at 20 inches or closer and 20 feet or more.

• Moderate to high noise levels (production equipment, forklifts).
• Exposure to humidity, intense heat and cold, outdoor weather conditions, and fumes and toxic chemicals.
• Work in areas with mechanical moving parts and risk of electrical shock.
