Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Availability to meet scheduling needs
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service
• Ability to read and explain product labels
• Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned

Legal and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• May be exposed to fumes and odors
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching required
