Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) rting hourly rate: $17.75 USD per hour. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and compelling presentations that inspire guests and drive sales.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs, and apply insights to support service goals.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising through signing and related processes.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests; ensure fitting room flow supports guest needs.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up while complying with relevant laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of maintaining composure and managing multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurate cash handling as needed
• Ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise safely, including lifts up to 15 pounds and occasional lifts up to 44 pounds with or without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
