Retail Stocking Team Leads are a key part of our store’s leadership team. They play an integral role in leading receiving associates and supporting the retail stocking team supervisor behind the scenes to bring our merchandise displays to life. If you are hands‑on, lead by example, and have great problem‑solving skills, we think you’ll be a great addition to our team.

• Model appropriate back‑of‑house standards for receiving/stocking
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock area and sales floor
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
• Coach associates on the spot and provide recognition

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods

Base Pay: $17.35 per hour
