We are seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to oversee our subacute and ventilator unit.
Responsibilities:- Lead daily unit operations and supervise nursing staff.
- Ensure quality care for subacute and ventilator-dependent residents.
- Coordinate with respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, medical providers, and the nursing team.
- Oversee assessments, care plans, documentation, and discharge planning.
- Communicate with residents and families and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain infection control practices and compliance with facility policies.
- Active New Jersey RN license.
- Subacute and ventilator/tracheostomy care experience.
- Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.
- Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred.
