The ideal candidate will have a strong PLUMBING and HEATING background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be presentable with a friendly demeanor.
Areas of expertise will include installation of steam and hot water boiler systems, along with all domestic plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, and water heater installation and repair.
Main Responsibilities **
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems and hot water/steam boiler systems.
- Traveling to various job sites and coordinating with the dispatcher to maintain an efficient work schedule.
- Providing expert consultation to customers regarding repair vs. replacement options to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintaining an organized inventory of tools and parts on the truck and in the shop to ensure readiness for each job.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- On-site billing and collecting at time of service.
Job *
- A minimum of 4 years experience in residential plumbing and steam heating services.
- Strong plumbing and mechanical skills (A+ level).
- Current or recent full-time employment with a licensed plumbing and heating company.
- A clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- A professional demeanor and positive attitude.
