Malcolm House is a 24-hour psychiatric residential treatment facility program that provides short-term residential care for psychiatric and developmentally disabled clients.

• Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities
• Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber
• Engage and interact with youth based on behavioural intervention plans
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Observe, document, and acknowledge positive behaviors
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• High school diploma and 3 or more years working with youth in a group or behavioral setting
• Bachelor’s degree in a related social service field with 1 year experience (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.); psychology preferred
• Preference for those interested in enrolling in an MSW program to achieve growth within the agency
• Valid driver’s license
