Job DescriptionAs a Senior HSE Engineer (Environmental) at the Orange, Texas site, you will serve as a functional HSE expert, providing Environmental & Safety leadership and technical support to the facility. Work within robust operating and management systems to reduce risk. Strengthen systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and Honeywell requirements. Partner with business leaders and employees to continuously improve HSE culture, awareness, and accountability in support of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate HSE processes and safe work practices into daily operations
- Management and continual improvement of Environmental programs including wastewater, hazardous waste, air emissions and storm water compliance.
- Lead HSE initiatives and continuous HSE improvement as an integrated business partner to support achievement of site goals and ensure zero harm to everyone
- Drive Excellence and engagement in HSE through management, leadership and employee involvement, worksite risk assessments, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training
- Deploy and manage environmental initiatives to continually improve performance of Environmental programs and processes
- Develop and implement environmental and safety programs to maintain compliance with all HSE regulatory and company requirements
- Oversight and project management of environmental capital projects
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of HSE programs management experience
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree
- Title V Air Emissions & Hazardous Waste programs management experience
- Working knowledge of local and Federal Environmental regulations
- Professional certifications such as CHMM
- Manufacturing industry experience
Due to compliance with U. S export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in U.S.
CompensationThe annual base salary range for this position is $108,560k - $135,700k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
