Position Overview

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-time & Part-time.

Breakthrough ABA is a growing ABA service provider located in the Greater Houston, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX areas. We offer high-quality in‑home and center‑based ABA services with a strong focus on integrity, collaboration, and client‑centered care.

$17.00/hr – $23.00/hr

$200 for Behavior Technicians and $500 for Registered Behavior Technicians. 50% paid after 3 months of employment and 50% after 6 months.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in‑school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and report data on target behaviors
• Participate in behavior management programming
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

• Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on availability
• Full-time and part-time positions available

  Greater Houston, Beaumont, Cypress, TX

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes
