In this pivotal role within our Operations/Maintenance division, you will apply your mechanical skills to ensure that equipment and machinery perform reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Supports technical corrective and preventive maintenance operations on machinery according to schedules
  • Delivers day to day support and technical guidance to effectively execute the maintenance tasks
  • Undertakes troubleshooting of field equipment issues and significant equipment overhauls
  • Ensures that maintenance/construction mechanical work, is completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with the Maintenance process
  • Carries out repairs or modifications of mechanical equipment, machinery and systems
  • Monitors gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine or equipment is working properly
  • Performs routine maintenance on mechanical equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment strategies
  • Ensures that proper safety practices are followed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience as a General Mechanic, Pipefitter, Boilermaker, or related field
  • Must be able to pass forklift, scissor lift, and JLG hands on evaluation
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam to operate mobile equipment
  • Ability to satisfy requirements of all Federal, State, Local, ANSI, ASME, API regulations, NEC codes and practices
  • Basic technology skills that allow for access of email, outlook calendar, and performing any online computer-based trainings
  • Basic smart phone or tablet capabilities that allow for use of company digital applications
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer skills;
    Microsoft Office and SAP experience
  • NCCCO or NCCER certification
  • Prior experience as a pump mechanic
  • Prior expereince as a machinist
