Hires, Inc. is seeking skilled pipe welders to fabricate and assemble piping systems for marine applications.
You will read blueprints and welding symbols to plan work and perform welding in multiple positions, including overhead, with GMAW, SMAW, GTAW and FCAW processes. Candidates must have shipyard experience, be comfortable in confined spaces and on vessels, and demonstrate the ability to pass hands-on qualification tests such as the 6G pipe test.
