• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component); assistance available after hire if needed
• TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
