Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician professionals.
Job DescriptionOur Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.
Job Duties- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
- Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
- Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
- Assist in renovation projects
- Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community
- Must have your own tools
- 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
- EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
- Work well in a team environment
- Have a strong work ethic; be reliable and dependable
- Schedule flexibility
- No on-call obligations
