We are hiring a Facilities Operations Manager to work within one hour of the El Dorado, AR location. In this role, you will be responsible for industrial environmental projects, developing, implementing and continuously improving EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and regulatory compliance. Facilities Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our Wastewater complex, including maintenance, custodial services, grounds-keeping, and ensuring the functionality and safety of all facilities, by managing staff, coordinating repairs, implementing preventative maintenance plans, and adhering to compliance standards;

essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues within an organization.

COMPETENCIES:

Position Impact

The DOT Driver will help keep communities safe and clean.

As a DOT Driver you will be responsible for safely operating a collection truck while driving through neighborhoods and communities across the country. You will get the chance to provide reliable, friendly, and consistent service for our customers who rely on us for an essential service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment
  • Displaying consistent attention to safety in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Collect delivery instructions from dispatcher, verifying instructions and routes
  • Maintaining logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Reporting any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
  • Driving trucks to weigh stations to document weights and to comply with state regulations
  • Transports non-hazardous and hazardous materials in accordance with applicable guidelines, DOT, and company safety procedures
  • Handling various products, hazardous and non-hazardous materials
  • Performing industrial work and biohazard cleanups
  • Staging, profiling, and processing for disposal hazardous and non-hazardous waste
  • Assist in the removal of soil, debris and other materials, and cleaning up spill sites
  • Operate and clean equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.   • CDL "Class A" License with the ability to attain a Hazmat endorsement

EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS

  • 2-5 years truck driving experience
  • HAZWOPER and Confined Space
  • TWIC Card preferred.
