Build and manage relationships with key distributors to anticipate customer needs and competitive threats
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hollow metal industry
- Knowledge of the security industry
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Sales experience in both the hollow metal and hardware industries
- Understanding of operations and project management constraints
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization
- Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel)
- Candidate must reside within the Eastern United States
