Senior Finance Analyst - FPA Systems

• Evaluate, recommend, and develop business process improvements, including detailed workflow diagrams and project plans
• Conduct detailed needs assessments for proposing systems and business solutions by collaborating with senior business leaders and team members
• Oversee the acquisition, set-up, and ongoing support of recommended property hardware and configurations
• Coordinate systems upgrades, conversion, and installations based on business needs and requirements
• Develop technical reports, documents, user support, and training manuals to assist with system and software training

• Proven experience in business analysis and systems development
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior business leaders and team members
• Ability to evaluate and recommend upgrades based on business needs
• Familiarity with systems development methodology standards and procedures
• Experience in preparing functional program specifications for reports and interfaces

• Experience supervising or providing leadership to junior Business & Systems Analysts
• Background in real estate or property management systems
• Knowledge of current technology trends and systems options in the real estate industry
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
