Project Manager - Events Technician

• Base pay range of $64,790.00 - $89,086.80

• Serve as the primary on-site contact during large-scale live events, ensuring seamless coordination of Sunbelt equipment
• Manage logistics and service for over 150 pieces of equipment, including troubleshooting in real-time
• Conduct site visits and advance assessments for event readiness and logistical feasibility
• Lead on-site safety protocols and maintain accurate event documentation
• Communicate real-time updates to internal teams and clients, fostering strong customer relationships

• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience managing on-site production for live events or similar
• Valid driver's license; passport strongly encouraged
• CPR/First Aid certification and OSHA 10 certification required
• Strong understanding of event logistics and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to read technical drawings

• Experience in the equipment rental industry
• Familiarity with Sunbelt systems
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
