• Manage customer inquiries related to claims and financial recovery
• Take inbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Record detailed notes on inquiries, transactions, and interactions
• Escalate unresolved customer inquiries as necessary
• Interpret and apply department policies and procedures to complete assignments

• 1 or more years of call center or telephonic customer service experience within the past 5 years
• Previous healthcare-related experience or education
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  Strong technical skills for working across multiple software systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working remotely

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior claims processing or financial recovery experience
• Experience with Mentor software or CRM systems
• Knowledge of Pre Pay or Post Pay processes
• Experience handling over payments
