• Proven track record of growing and developing customer relationships
• Extensive experience managing complex implementation/onboarding projects
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent written and spoken English with well-structured communication skills

• Experience in customer success management or related fields
• Familiarity with HR technology or global employment solutions
• Ability to address multiple stakeholders effectively in various communication formats
• Previous experience in conducting business reviews with clients
