Job Overview
The Department of Radiology & Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks candidates to join its Community Radiology Group in the Regional Health Network Pee Dee Division covering Florence, Marion, and Black River.
Responsibilities- Provide a broad range of diagnostic imaging services including mammography.
- Perform light interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies.
- Coverage from 7am to 7pm with night service possibilities; hybrid schedules may be available.
- Maintain patient care and safety in an on-site environment.
- MD or equivalent degree.
- A Board-certified and fellowship trained in general radiology.
- Experience in general radiology, breast imaging (ultrasounds and MRI), and light interventional radiology.
- Ability to obtain a permanent South Carolina medical license.
Ability to perform job functions in an upright, seated, walking/mobile, indoor and outdoor settings; lift and carry up to 15 lbs.; maintain visual and hearing acuity; perform fine and gross motor tasks; maintain comfort in confined spaces; and complete shift duties per scheduling.
