Support engineering activities related to hardware and software development (non-production). Perform testing, troubleshooting, data analysis, and support engineering teams with hands‑on technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform engineering tests, checkouts, and development tasks.
Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to component level.
Analyze test results and implement changes to resolve issues.
Conduct operational tests and fault isolation on development systems.
Review project instructions and blueprints to determine test specs and procedures.
Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
Set up and run tests on units and components under operational conditions.
Compare test results to design specs and adjust equipment as needed.
Document test procedures, results, data, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience and certification or associate’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
