• Implement and execute clinical strategy for fluid management and related programs

• Lead large-scale strategic projects, including research and business recommendations for executive audiences
• Create and execute communication and training plans for various deployment elements
• Present program results and solutions to senior leadership and clients

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, or healthcare management
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, or consulting fields
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution for impactful results

• Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and accountable care models
• Proven track record as a relationship builder with diverse stakeholders
