- Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Act as a technical authority for complex global unified communication and contact center solutions
- Drive customer adoption of new features and proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
- Manage multiple complex projects concurrently while balancing daily account management duties
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- 7+ years of enterprise-level customer success or technical account management experience within a SaaS company
- Proven expertise in Contact Center technology, preferably with in Contact products
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with VoIP technology and advanced network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems
- High level of empathy and strong customer service best practices
- Experience with building or adjusting RingCX products is highly preferred
