What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Act as a technical authority for complex global unified communication and contact center solutions
  • Drive customer adoption of new features and proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
  • Manage multiple complex projects concurrently while balancing daily account management duties
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of enterprise-level customer success or technical account management experience within a SaaS company
  • Proven expertise in Contact Center technology, preferably with in Contact products
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with VoIP technology and advanced network troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems
  • High level of empathy and strong customer service best practices
  • Experience with building or adjusting RingCX products is highly preferred
