To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, which includes:

• Perform set‑ups, tool changes, offsets, and run production on various solar module manufacturing machines.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to reduce setup times and improve quality and throughput using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Perform precision work to exacting tolerances.
• Read and understand process operation sheets, tooling sheets, machine set up plans, and associated documents.
• Correctly gauge and record dimensions.
• Change and reset tooling.
• Successfully complete applicable special processes and operator certification requirements.
• Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Understand part process flow (incoming/outgoing).
• Perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Be an active contributing member of a high‑performance, self‑directed work team with minimum supervision.
• Perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
• Complete all required compliance training.
• Stand for the majority of the shift in a high‑production environment.

Normal factory environment requiring standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, twisting, and climbing stairs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of full‑time manufacturing experience with manual or CNC machining processes, or an associate's degree or higher in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.
• Passion for the renewable energy business, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑based company with tremendous growth potential.
• Willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment physical/drug screen and ongoing random drug screens.

Job Type: Full‑time
