Production Manager- Orangeburg

Are you an experienced production professional ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment? Our team in Cope, SC is seeking a Production Managerto lead and support production operations.

• Lead and supervise a team of production associates to meet production goals

• Ensure operations meet or exceed customer requirements for quality, safety, and delivery

• Maintain and enforce safety and quality programs across the facility

• Provide hands-on training to ensure consistent knowledge of processes and procedures

• Monitor plant equipment and systems for optimal performance

• Analyze production metrics and recommend improvements based on data

• Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions

• Drive continuous improvement in workflow, quality control, and plant efficiency

• Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports for leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience

• Strong understanding of safety and quality control practices

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems

• Prior leadership experience in a high-volume production setting
