We are seeking a high‑energy, mechanically inclined leader to oversee a 12‑hour night shift. This critical leadership role reports to the Production Manager and requires an empowered decision‑maker who can drive results and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Targeted Bonus: Quarterly performance‑based bonuses up to $10,000 ($40k/year).
• Schedule: 2‑2‑3 rotation provides built‑in overtime and three‑day weekends every other week.
