Position Summary
The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant, providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
Essential Functions
May perform duties such as:
- Following all guest service guidelines to ensure 'SUPERSTAR Service'
- Working stations accurately, cleaning, and stocking
- Preparing and delivering food products per Menu Standards
- Handling food safely and following sanitation procedures
- Managing cash controls and minimizing costs
- Communicating effectively with guests and team members
- Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Enrolled in high school; diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum age of 16
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible to work various shifts, including opening and closing
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand long periods, bend, stoop, work around heat
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs
- Use of cleaning products
