Store Manager – Dollar Tree Stores
Perform day‑to‑day operations and lead the store team at Dollar Tree Stores in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the store team to meet sales and service goals
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and follows company standards
- Manage payroll, expenses, and profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- High School diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
- 2+ years of retail management experience
