• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home coverage
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on maintaining a distraction-free work environment
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

• Experience in Insurance sales or related fields
• Proven track record in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and success in achieving targets
