Valor Protection Safety Agency is currently seeking

Event Safety Officersfor a special project located in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, professional, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Officers will work alongside trained supervisors and security personnel to maintain order and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

For this contract, officersmust be available to meet at the work site in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

• All assigned events for this contract will take place at South Carolina State University

Applicants must be available for one or more of the following dates:

• Friday, October 23 $ 325.00
• Saturday, October 24 $ 425.00
• Thursday, November 5 TBD
• Saturday, November 14 TBD
• Saturday, November 21 TBD

Additional event dates may be added as needed.

• Provide a visible security presence at assigned event locations
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas
• Assist with access control, credential checks, and guest support
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Respond to incidents or emergencies calmly and professionally
• Communicate with supervisors, team members, and event staff
• Followsite-specific post orders and safety procedures
• Complete incident reports or event logs when required
• Maintain aprofessional appearance and demeanor at all times

Required:

• Must be21 years of age or older
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Ability tostand or walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to local deployment points
• Valid security license(or willingness to obtain before first assignment)
• Access to acell phone and emailfor scheduling updates

• Experience inevent security, crowd management, or public safety
• CPR / First Aid / AED certification
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or emergency response
