IQ Fiber is seeking a Fiber Splicer to install, splice, test, certify, and repair our fiber optic network. The role is ~90% field-based, with on-call duties and potential after-hours work to ensure continuous service across residential and commercial sites.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of telecom experience with fiber splicing and testing, and proficiency with OTDR, PON meters, and splicing equipment. Overtime and emergency response may be required.
