• Develop and maintain the employer’s line of civil engineering applications independently and with a global project team
• Take ownership of the functionality and design of the code you implement
• Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and compliance with use cases

• BS or MS in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing high-quality software
• Proficient in C++ and experienced in C#
• Thorough knowledge of object-oriented programming and application of design patterns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Framework
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development practices
• Familiarity with XML and XSLT
