About the Program
We offer one of the best trainee programs in the country. All you need is a Class A License (no experience needed). We will pay you $600 a week while you go out with a trainer and learn from the best.
Pay and Incentives- Great Training Pay! $600 per week while in training program.
- Clean DOT Inspection:
Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received. - Promotions:
Start at .55 CPM after training, .62 CPM in 90 days, .66 CPM at your 6‑month mark.
- No in‑cab cameras.
- New equipment – average age of 22 months.
- Teams average 5,000–6,000 miles a week.
- Guaranteed home time.
- Orientation every Monday and Wednesday; online orientation available.
- Operation Victory – industry‑leading military program (call us to learn more).
Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, Flexible Spending Accounts. After 60 days of active service you may elect. After 180 days you may elect to the company’s 401(k) plan.
