Ward Clerk - Part-time (Ambulatory Care)

We are looking for a Ward Clerk to work with the Ambulatory Care Department to help us continue in our mission to serve our community with Kindness, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

The successful applicant will perform the duties expected of a Ward Clerk within Ambulatory Care: perform clerical and administrative support functions to ensure smooth operation of the assigned unit.

• Ward Clerk certificate and relevant clerical experience in healthcare setting required.
• Medical terminology and an understanding of the healthcare system required.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a high‑pressure position required.
• Ability to interact positively with physicians and the public required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask required.
• Experience with Meditech and order entry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Acceptable performance and attendance records.

Hiring Salary Range: $29.358 - $29.994
