We are currently hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators, specifically for the Excavator position with Trimble Earthworks. Ideal candidates will have a strong safety-focused attitude and the ability to conduct equipment maintenance. You’ll enjoy a stable work environment within one hour of Orangeville, returning home each night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Excavator and Dozer with precision

• Conduct pre-operational checks on all equipment

• Clean and lubricate machinery as needed

• Read plans and understand grades effectively

• Report equipment issues and communication clearly

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience is essential

• Safety-focused with Common Core Certification

• Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to advance within the company
