Customer Service Representative at Club

Enhance member experiences as a Customer Service Representative at our Club. Engage with members, assist with inquiries, and manage communications to promote a welcoming environment.

This role requires a proactive Customer Service Representative to greet members and ensure smooth check-ins. You will handle incoming calls, provide support for Fit Fix and Cardio machines, and sell memberships while maintaining excellent customer relations. Your interpersonal skills will be vital in addressing concerns and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members for their workouts

• Handle incoming member calls efficiently and courteously

• Provide assistance and knowledge about club services

• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for members

• Maintain cleanliness and complete club runs as needed

Requirements:

• CPR & AED Certification required

• Smart Tan certified within 3 months of hire

• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of the fitness industry is essential
