Join Plumbs Up Plumbing & Drains as a part-time Customer Service Representative, where you’ll support customers and manage service calls in a hybrid work environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized and friendly, with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in dispatching or booking service appointments. You'll be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining clear communication with our field staff and managing schedules seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Book service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional service to every customer
• Communicate effectively with field staff and technicians
• Adjust scheduling as required to meet customer needs
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or dispatching
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Service Titan is an asset
