Part-Time Math and Science Tutor

Empower high school students at Oxford Learning Orangeville as a part-time Math and Science Tutor! Share your passion for numbers and science to help them succeed.

We are seeking a motivated tutor to work directly with students after school and on Saturdays. This role requires a strong grasp of Grades 9-12 curriculum, especially in Advanced Functions, algebra, and physics. A commitment to teaching through the end of the school year is preferred, with an option to extend through summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students simultaneously

• Follow Oxford Learning's methodologies

• Complete daily student communication updates

• Fill in post-lesson notes

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience in tutoring math and science

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple students

• Knowledge of current curriculum for Grades 9-12
