About The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB)

Rate of Pay
: $52,974.00 – $ per annum; salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2026

Required Qualifications
:
Spec Ed Part 1, Primary, Junior

Effective Date
:
September 2, 2026 – June 30, 2027.

Reporting to
:
The Principal of the assigned school.

Responsibilities
:

• Provide continuous, high‑quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher.
• Support student achievement and well‑being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
