Become a vital part of the Headwaters Health Care Centre as a Part Time Registered Practical Nurse in the D-Wing (Med/Surg/Paeds). Dedicate yourself to patient care with compassion and professionalism.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you'll work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-focused care that leads to predictable health outcomes. This position will engage your skills in patient assessment and communication, reflecting our values of accountability and respect within the nursing practice framework set out by the College of Nurses of Ontario and HHCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing care plans for a diverse patient population

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health team members

• Evaluate patient conditions through assessment and observation

• Practice nursing within established standards and philosophy

• Exercise sound decision-making and communication skills

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing in Ontario

• Two-year diploma from an accredited nursing program

• Current BCLS certification essential

• Preferred experience in Medical Surgical nursing

• Effective teamwork and interpersonal capabilities
