Registered Practical Nurse in D Wing

Join the caring team at Headwaters Health Care Centre as a Registered Practical Nurse in the D Wing (Med/Surg/Paeds). This Part Time role is vital for delivering patient-focused nursing care.

In this position, you will apply your nursing skills to provide quality care to a diverse patient population. The successful applicant will be part of a committed health team, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and practices established by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Your role will significantly impact the care provided to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient and family-focused nursing care

• Collaborate within the interdisciplinary health team

• Practice within the full nursing scope

• Assess patient conditions using sound judgment

• Ensure records of attendance and performance are acceptable

Requirements:

• RPN with current registration in Ontario

• Diploma from a two-year recognized nursing program

• Up to date BCLS certification

• Preferred background in Medical Surgical experiences

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
